Rolly the armadillo, walks peacefully until he falls into a snake's nest. Rolly's best defense is to get into his armor and roll !
Here it is, my flash film I did at Vancouver Film School! Also my first try in Flash. Didn’t like it a lot at the beginning but once you get familiarized with it is much easier. Enjoy!

A Day in the Sky

How it would be to live in the sky? For Lulubel, taking care of her cloud sheep is no big deal, but when a storm cloud appears, only means danger for them.
So, this is my first classical animated short, done by hand, tons of pencils erasers and paper, painting and compositing in Toonboom, edited in After Effects. Backgrounds were done in Photoshop. Hope you all like it!

Some sketches of my shepherd girl, my character from my short film A Day in the Sky. She was the most enjoyable character to draw of the sheep and the wolf, but the most difficult to animate and cleaning up. This are my tries of finding her hair color, after that i could decide the rest of the palette. In the end i was convinced and chose the pink one!
